2. Event Tickets and Entry
All event tickets (including but not limited to movies, concerts, themed events, workshops, seminars, webinars, and bazaar entrances) are non-refundable but transferable to another individual.
Tickets are sent as unique QR-coded ticket badges via the email address provided upon purchase. These must be saved on mobile phones and presented for scanning at the event venue.
Each ticket can only be used once. Re-entry is permitted only when a special hand or wrist stamp is provided by the event organizer.
Unauthorized resale or duplication of ticket badges is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments
Payments for tickets, products, and services on this site are processed via the official payment gateway using Gcash, PayMaya, debit card, or credit card.
All payment confirmations and delivery information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Consumer products (e.g., appliances, gadgets, furniture, clothing) that are purchased or redeemed through points under the Business Partner’s Page may be returned or exchanged only if defective.
Customers are responsible for returning the defective product in accordance with the return instructions provided.
5. Transfer and Gifting
While tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferred or gifted to others before use. Once scanned at an event, they can no longer be transferred or reused.
6. Prohibited Activities
Any act of fraudulent selling, unauthorized duplication, or multiple usage of tickets or vouchers is strictly prohibited.
Violations are subject to investigation and legal action under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and potentially under local laws where the event is held.
Offenders may have their membership, unclaimed cash rewards, and earned points permanently revoked.
